In Stock Items will be sent 1-3 days after purchase. For custom orders the lead time will vary, depending on the requests, please contact us to get a more conclusive lead time. Delivery time will vary depending on the country and service used. It usually takes from 1 up to 6 days for faster services while standard services will take around 10 to 15 days. Please allow extra time for Customs Processing.
.: RETURNS POLICY :.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us of your intention to return the goods within 14 days of receipt and we will issue you a refund upon receipt of the item(s), returned to us within 28 days of the delivery date, subject to the terms and conditions detailed below.
Please handle all items with care. Item(s) must be returned to us intact, undamaged and as soon as reasonably possible. When trying on clothing please do not use unnecessary force and ensure you are not wearing make-up, perfume/aftershave or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks. We will be unable to accept the return of any item(s) where these instructions have not been followed.
Exchanges can only be made for a variation of the same product and are not guaranteed. Your replacement item(s) will be sent to you on receipt of the original item(s) being returned. If an item has been reduced in price there will be no credit.
We are not liable for additional postal costs. The buyer will be held responsible to all shipping costs in the event of a return or exchange. Refunds may take 2 to 3 weeks to process.
